Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Team Lead – LPO with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Noida, Sector 63.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of legal drafting, research, and case preparation across domains such as immigration, personal injury, probate, family law, and civil litigation.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control in all legal drafts and documents.
• Review team output, provide feedback, and maintain quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for international clients in the US and UK.
• Understand client requirements, expected formats, and jurisdiction-specific processes.
• Manage client escalations with clear and professional communication.
• Lead and mentor legal associates on drafting, research, and workflow processes.
• Train new team members on drafting standards, writing style, and process compliance.
• Monitor workload, performance, timelines, and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure smooth workflow management and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
• Maintain structured documentation, case notes, and internal trackers.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in legal team handling or legal project management.
• Strong understanding of US/UK legal processes, documentation styles, and standards.
• Experience managing end-to-end legal matters including drafting, research, deadlines, and client coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills, including clear writing and structured email communication.
• Ability to lead, train, and guide a team while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Night shift availability (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Self-commute required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
