Details of the Job/Internship

Team Counsel is hiring a Legal Tech Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their team in a full-time role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the integration of technology into legal workflows and processes.
• Assist with legal automation and legal technology implementation projects.
• Manage legal databases and documentation systems.
• Conduct research on legal technology tools and platforms.
• Assist with Contract Lifecycle Management implementation projects.
• Collaborate with legal, growth, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to knowledge management and system development initiatives across the startup ecosystem.

Eligibility

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in law, legal tech, business law, or technology-related fields.
• Strong interest in legal technology, automation, CLM systems, process optimisation, and innovation in legal services.
• Basic understanding of corporate law, contracts, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Comfort with legal research tools, documentation systems, CRMs, and no-code or low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Professionalism, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Prior exposure to CLM implementation, contract management, legal operations, or workflow automation is preferred.
• Prior exposure to startups, SaaS tools, or tech-enabled consulting is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
