Details of the Job/Internship

Team Counsel is hiring a Legal Tech Associate with 0–2 years of experience to support technology integration in legal processes. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the integration of technology into legal processes and operations.
• Assist in legal automation and workflow improvement projects.
• Manage legal databases, documentation systems, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Conduct research on legal technology tools and solutions.
• Assist in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation projects.
• Collaborate with legal, growth, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to system development and scalable legal technology solutions for startups.

Eligibility

• Recent graduate or candidate with up to 1–2 years of experience in law, legal tech, business law, or technology-related fields.
• Strong interest in legal technology, automation, CLM systems, and innovation in legal services.
• Basic understanding of corporate law, contracts, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• • Familiarity with legal research tools, documentation systems, CRMs, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and task management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Professional mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Prior exposure to CLM implementation, contract management, legal operations, or workflow automation is preferred.
• Exposure to startups, SaaS tools, or tech-enabled consulting is an added advantage.
