Details of the Job/Internship
Giant Analytics is hiring a Legal Tech Consultant & Business Development Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to join their remote team in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of CLM solutions.
- Integrate AI, ML, and GenAI tools into legal processes and automation.
- Advise on legal tech strategies and research emerging legal technologies.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in legal tech.
- Build client relationships and pitch legal tech solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and manage project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and drive thought leadership in the legal tech field.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years experience in legal tech, focused on CLM and AI/ML integration.
- Law degree (LL.B) with specialization in corporate or technology law.
- Proven business development skills in legal or tech sector.
- In-depth understanding of legal operations, automation, and contract management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Nice to have: Certification in legal tech, AI, or ML; experience in startups or high-growth companies; familiarity with DocuSign, ContractPodAI, or Ironclad.
