Details of the Job/Internship

Team Counsel is hiring a Legal Tech Consultant to join its team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The role focuses on supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of technology-enabled legal solutions, particularly Contract Lifecycle Management systems, by working closely with leadership and clients to improve legal operations, contracting processes and scalable legal infrastructure for global clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of technology-enabled legal solutions.
• Assisting in implementation and optimisation of Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
• Working with leadership and clients to understand legal operations challenges.
• Improving contracting processes and enabling scalable legal infrastructure.
• Bridging legal expertise with operational and technical execution.
• Contributing to client delivery, internal process improvement and growth of the legal tech consulting practice.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of professional experience in legal consulting, legal operations or legal technology.
• Law graduate from a 5-year or 3-year law programme.
• Prior experience with CLM platforms, legal operations tools or contract automation systems, or a demonstrated interest in legal tech and CLM.
• Strong understanding of contracts, legal workflows and documentation processes.
• Excellent drafting, documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate with cross-border teams.

Salary/Stipend
