Details of the Job/Internship
Lawxy is hiring a Legal Executive – LegalTech with relevant experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on LegalTech platforms, including contract lifecycle management systems.
- Use AI tools to review, analyse, and manage legal documents.
- Design and refine prompts to optimise AI outputs for legal use cases.
- Configure legal workflows, templates, and playbooks within platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Conduct legal data analysis and ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support implementation and optimisation of AI-driven legal solutions.
- Document processes, best practices, and use cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
- Strong interest in LegalTech, AI, and legal automation.
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to technology platforms quickly.
- Attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Experience with CLM tools or AI concepts is preferred.
- Prior experience in LegalTech or corporate legal teams is an advantage.
