Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is hiring a Legal Tech Executive to join its team in Goregaon. This is a pure LegalTech role focused on leveraging technology to transform legal processes. The position involves working with AI-powered platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, and prompt engineering to improve efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work extensively on LegalTech platforms, including contract lifecycle management systems.
• Use AI tools to review, analyse, and manage legal documents.
• Design and refine prompts to optimise AI outputs for legal use cases.
• Assist in configuring legal workflows, templates, and playbooks within the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to support legal automation initiatives.
• Conduct legal data analysis and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of AI-driven legal solutions.
• Document processes, best practices, and use cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Strong interest in LegalTech, AI, and legal automation.
• Basic understanding of contracts and legal documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with technology platforms and quickly adapt to new tools.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Experience working with CLM or legal software tools is preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering concepts is preferred.
• Interest in legal operations or legal process optimisation.
• Prior internship or work experience in LegalTech or corporate legal teams is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
