Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is hiring a Legal Tech Executive to join its AI prompting team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves working at the intersection of law and artificial intelligence, collaborating with engineering and product teams to design, test, and refine AI prompts that deliver accurate, relevant, and business-ready legal outputs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Crafting, testing, and optimising AI prompts to generate legally accurate and commercially useful outputs.
• Applying legal knowledge to guide AI behaviour and ensure contextually correct results.
• Collaborating with AI engineers and product managers to align AI performance with customer and product needs.
• Identifying gaps in AI-generated legal outputs and suggesting improvements for training and fine-tuning.
• Conducting research on evolving legal frameworks and integrating insights into prompting strategies.
• Documenting and maintaining best practices for legal prompting.
• Acting as a bridge between legal domain expertise and AI model development.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Prior experience at a law firm or in an in-house legal team, including internships or full-time roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, or related legal domains.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interest in AI, legal technology, and innovation.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to technical and product teams.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to legal tech platforms, CLM systems, or AI-driven tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with prompting large language models and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
