Aditi India is hiring a Legal Tech & Financial Analyst to join their team in India. The role involves business administration, vendor management, data analysis, and information reporting while supporting the legal team with finance and operational needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support on the e-billing system.
- Resolve invoice interface errors.
- Manage the shared mailbox.
- Handle general finance and invoice queries.
- Process urgent and online payment requests.
- Prepare ad hoc finance reports.
- Support accruals.
- Raise purchase orders for the Legal Operations Team (~4 per year).
- Manage vendors, including onboarding, extensions, reinstatements, clones, and updates (name/bank/payment terms).
Eligibility
- Fluent in oral and written English (essential).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential).
- Experience with SharePoint (desirable).
- Power BI report building skills (desirable).
- Prior experience providing functional and technical support on platforms (preferably finance platforms such as BusyLamp).
- Strong math and Excel skills with willingness to learn and take initiative.
