Team Counsel is hiring for the position of Legal Tech Intern to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Tech Research: Support the research and development of new legal tech solutions.
• Workflow Analysis: Understand how legal services can be streamlined, map existing legal workflows, and identify inefficiencies.
• Content & Documentation: Create content for tech interfaces and assist in documenting features and user journeys.
• Process Improvement: Propose structured improvements to legal processes.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a law program (4th/5th year of a 5-year program or 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year program).
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze legal processes and tech-driven legal solutions.
• A genuine interest in legal innovation, legal operations, and the evolving legal tech landscape.
• Ability to document workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest structured improvements.
• Excellent writing and structuring skills for preparing internal notes, process maps, and content outlines.
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on detail and clarity in information structuring.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior exposure to legal tech or legal service delivery models is preferred but not mandatory.
