Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is hiring a Legal AI Intern to work at the intersection of legal practice and AI-driven innovation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing AI-driven legal workflows and automation tools.
• Work on prompt engineering to improve the performance of AI tools in legal use cases.
• Conduct legal research to support AI model training and legal data structuring.
• Help create structured legal datasets, templates, and prompts for AI applications.
• Assist in reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing contracts using AI tools.
• Support the development of AI-based contract analysis and compliance workflows.
• Research emerging trends in legal technology, AI regulation, and automation in legal services.
• Provide insights on how AI can improve legal efficiency, risk management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and technology teams to enhance AI-driven legal solutions.
• Assist in testing and improving AI features within the platform.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB, BA LLB, LLM, or a related legal degree.
• Strong interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and the future of legal services.
• Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Curiosity to explore AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation in legal work.
• Familiarity with contract law, corporate law, or legal documentation is preferred.
• Exposure to legal tech platforms or AI tools is preferred.
