Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is hiring a Legal Tech Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal data analysis, contract review, and compliance monitoring using technology tools.
- Build and maintain clause libraries; evaluate and improve AI/LLM outputs for legal use.
- Research and apply emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, web scraping) in legal practice.
- Support M&A, cybersecurity, and compliance projects through data-driven insights.
- Draft, structure, and analyze contracts, legal documents, and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with additional training in Data Science, Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal research, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, web development, machine learning, NumPy, Microsoft Office, and web scraping.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations preferred.
- Certifications in Python, AI, or related technologies are an advantage
