Details of the Job/Internship

SETIA AUTO FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Legal & Technical Manager to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Verify property titles and documents to facilitate mortgage or security creation, especially in rural areas. Advise on title reports, property acceptability, and associated risks.
• Collaborate with law firms and external lawyers to address title concerns and suggest remedies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including mortgages and declarations, tailored to state-specific requirements. 
• Ensure compliance with legal policies, update guidelines, and advise on stamp duties. 
• Conduct quality checks on reports and valuations to maintain standards. 
• Guide enforcement of securities, support litigation, and manage legal records and compliance. 

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB preferred). 
• Expertise in property law, title verification, and legal documentation. 
• Strong collaboration and vendor management skills.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
