Boolean Legal is hiring for the position of a Legal Technology Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with their transaction advisory lawyers, helping them deliver their work efficiently through process innovation and technology implementation.
- No Coding Required: While you don't need to know programming, a savviness for technology and willingness to explore new tools will be tremendously valuable.
- Dual-Track Growth: Develop both traditional legal skills through contracts review and technical abilities through our technology tools —a combination that makes you invaluable in tomorrow's legal landscape
Eligibility
- Evaluate emerging LLM models and help implement AI solutions that transform their workflows.
- Maintain their matters-related and knowledge management databases.
- Analyse timesheet data to identify efficiency potential and patterns.
- Develop practical playbooks and checklists for commercial agreements.
- Do technology contract reviews, applying both legal acumen and technical understanding.
