Alba Law Offices is hiring a Legal Trainee – Commercial Contracts & Regulatory Advisory to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, consultancy, licensing, franchise, technology, OEM, employment, term sheets, shareholder, procurement, NDA, logistics, and service-level agreements.
• Draft legal notices and core clauses including indemnity, arbitration, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution.
• Advise on compliance with statutory frameworks such as the Indian Contract Act, DPDP Act, IT Act, applicable labour laws, and sector-specific legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Fresher (Law graduate).
• Prior internship experience in commercial contracts and regulatory advisory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
