Details of the Job/Internship
Kairos Praxis LLP is hiring a Legal Trainee/Intern to join their office in Pune District.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyse legal issues.
- Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and shareholder agreements.
- Support senior counsels with litigation matters.
- Contribute to compliance and regulatory work.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with the legal team on client engagements.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- Legal Trainee: BA LLB / LLB graduate with 6 months to 1 year of PQE with strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Legal Intern: 4th or 5th year BA LLB / LLB student with good written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and research skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Prior internship experience in a legal firm or relevant role is a plus.
