Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant (Trainee) for its Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) team in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, complaints, discovery documents, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing trial and litigation documents.
• Manage pre-litigation and post-litigation processes.
• Draft, review, and vet litigation-related documents.
• Perform administrative legal tasks including document review, case management, and legal research.
• Understand and apply legal frameworks across jurisdictions such as the U.S., U.K., Australia, Europe, and Canada.
• Assist in cases involving European and Canadian legal systems.
• Manage calendaring tasks, legal deadlines, and scheduling.
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication throughout legal processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of litigation experience (internships excluded) may apply.
• Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of areas such as U.S. Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Civil Law, or Contract Management is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
