52 Gates Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Trainee to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc.
• Conduct legal research and prepare regulatory and policy opinions.
• Assist with civil and criminal litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, and managing court filings.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings.
• Provide support to senior lawyers across both advisory and litigation matters.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Prior internship experience in commercial law or litigation is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
