Details of the Job/Internship
52 Gates Legal is looking a candidate for the position of Legal Trainee to join them at their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, Licensing, etc.).
- Conducting legal research and drafting regulatory and policy opinions.
- Assisting in civil and criminal litigation – including pleadings, case briefs, filings.
- Attending court proceedings and client consultations.
- Supporting senior lawyers across advisory and litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Prior internship experience in commercial law or litigation preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
