Lead and Leap is hiring a Legal Trainee for a full-time, on-site role in Kerala, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents.
• Conduct research on legal issues.
• Support legal consulting projects.
• Work closely with legal professionals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Enhance legal knowledge and expertise through practical exposure.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of law and legal issues.
• Experience or skills in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Prior internship experience in a legal setting is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
