Legal Parth Associates is hiring a Legal Trainee with experience of to join their office in Noida. The position operates under a structured evaluation framework, with confirmation to a Permanent Legal Associate role based on performance, and is a strictly offline, client-facing role requiring professionalism and commitment while providing exposure to borrower advisory, regulatory drafting, and financial dispute handling.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client counselling and case evaluation.
- Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations.
- Assisting in loan-related arbitration matters.
- Supporting SARFAESI-related documentation and compliance review.
- Preparing complaints before RBI / Banking Ombudsman.
- Conducting legal research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks.
Eligibility
- Law Graduates (Batch of 2025 preferred).
- Final year LL.B. students (5-year / 3-year course).
- Interest in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations, and SARFAESI Act.
- Comfort with direct client consultation and counselling.
- Strong communication and structured legal drafting skills.
- Prior experience in banking or financial advisory matters is preferred.
- Immediate joiners may be preferred.
