Details of the Job/Internship
Netweb Technologies India Ltd. is hiring a Legal Trainee to join their office in Faridabad. The candidate will support the Legal & Compliance team in corporate law, compliance monitoring, contract management, and regulatory matters, gaining hands-on exposure to the legal framework governing corporate operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Conduct corporate law research and prepare legal notes, summaries, and case briefs.
- Maintain and update the contract management database and ensure compliance with renewal timelines.
- Track and assist with regulatory compliance and filing requirements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and research on corporate and regulatory developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels on ongoing legal and compliance matters.
- Prepare documentation for statutory filings, board resolutions, and corporate governance.
- Support in policy drafting, risk assessment, and compliance audits.
Eligibility
- Pursuing LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized law school.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance frameworks, and contract management.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Familiarity with Companies Act, Contract Act, and regulatory filings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
