Details of the Job/Internship

Pande & Associates is hiring a Legal trainee to join their office in Mumbai.

• Working Hours - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for drafting legal documents with a focus on the Transfer of Property Act and the Hindu Succession Act.
• Individuals should know how to register property documents online i.e. Leave and Licence, stamp duty, etc. 

Eligibility

• Graduated with an LLB Degree or has experience in Non – Litigation Property related matters. 
• Strong Research and Drafting Skills particularly in the areas of Transfer Of Property and Succession Laws. 
• Previous work exposure in Drafting. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
