Details of the Job/Internship
PhysicsWallah (PW) is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Trainee to join them at their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Trainee will assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements, conducting legal research, and providing support in handling litigation and compliance matters.
- The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure legal adherence and participating in internal legal audits and reviews.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with legal databases.
- Understanding of litigation processes and compliance policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; additional legal certifications are a plus.
- Prior internship or professional experience in a legal setting is preferred.
