Prasad Group is hiring a Legal Trainee to join their office in Greater Kolkata Area. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Support client meetings and provide preliminary legal inputs.
• Collaborate with the legal team on compliance, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal research, documentation, and consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Salary/Stipend
