Details of the Job/Internship

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting applications for a Legal Trainee internship under the Registrar of Companies-cum-Official Liquidator, Bilaspur, commencing on 29 October 2025. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research, drafting, and documentation related to corporate matters.
• Gain exposure to company law, liquidation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support officials in reviewing and analysing corporate governance issues.

Eligibility

• Open to 2nd and 3rd-year students of LLB or equivalent law programs.
• Must possess a valid Bonafide Certificate at the time of interview.
• 100% attendance is mandatory.
