Scoutit is hiring a Legal Trainee with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Amaravati. The role involves assisting in legal and compliance matters related to labour laws, ESI/PF, factory and pollution control, land, and local authorities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling legal and compliance matters related to labour laws, ESI/PF, factory and pollution control, land, and local authorities.
• Support documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for legal cases and arbitration.
• Liaise with government departments, external advocates, and internal teams for legal and statutory matters.
• Help draft and review simple legal and commercial documents as per business needs.
• Maintain legal records, assist in statutory compliance tracking, and support audits.

Eligibility

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must know the local language (Telugu) — read, write, and speak.

Salary/Stipend
