Details of the Job/Internship
WeP Solutions Limited is hiring a Legal Trainee with 0–1 year of experience to join their Legal Department at the Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate business and commercial contracts.
- Provide legal assistance to departments like Sales, HR, and Admin.
- Review documents including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Lease Deeds, and amendments.
- Advise on legal risks and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Maintain litigation records and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on contracts and legal matters.
- Ensure audit readiness and manage the full contract lifecycle.
- Support organizational compliance with central and state laws.
- Lead implementation and use of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- Understanding of Indian contract law, litigation, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
