Role and Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in a structured learning environment designed to provide a deep understanding of corporate governance, legal drafting, and compliance. Gain exposure to real-world legal challenges and industry best practices that will enhance your expertise.
• Work on live projects involving the Companies Act, 2013, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), commercial transactions, and various industry-specific laws.
• This hands-on experience will prepare you for the complexities of the corporate legal world.
• Learn directly from seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you through the nuances of legal and corporate compliance.
