Details of the Job/Internship
Hogan Lovells is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Training Manager with5+ years of experience to work with them in Hybrid Mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage lawyers’ access to online training content on HL Learning Hub, including regularly auditing and refreshing Legal Learning materials and resources.
- Collaborate with the firm’s lawyers, Knowledge Lawyers, and external providers to design and deliver Legal Learning digital courses and resources, and in person and virtual-live workshops for entry-level and established legal knowledge and skills development.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the firm’s offices globally, to ensure all regions and jurisdictions are represented in Legal Learning programming.
- Conduct post-program/ workshop/ session evaluations to monitor and determine their effectiveness and value, and areas for improvement.
- Support in the management and development of the Legal Learning Coordinators, providing feedback on an ongoing basis and promoting a continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture where individual and team learning is nurtured, valued, and used.
- Maintain and monitor training budgets, and support the Head of Legal Learning with the annual budget process.
- Keep up-to-date with education, law firm business, digital learning, and AI trends, and legal developments.
- Participate in HL Learn projects and initiatives as and when required.
- All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience of designing and delivering online and in person training programs in a law firm or equivalent professional services environment.
- A qualification in learning and development and/or instructional design is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
