Details of the Job/Internship
KKR is hiring a Credit Paralegal – Transaction Support in Gurugram to assist global KKR teams with transactional matters, including KYC clearance, portfolio company information management, and other document and information management projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support KKR Credit’s global transactional activities, including loan and bond trade settlement.
- Create and maintain fund and account KYC packets for transaction counterparties.
- Initiate counterparty KYC clearance processes with administrative agents and third parties.
- Track information and documentation related to KKR Credit portfolio company investments.
- Manage files and information for KKR Credit funds, accounts, and deal-related special purpose vehicles.
- Coordinate with outside entity management service providers and fund/deal counsel on transaction and fund files.
- Review and improve processes for collecting and managing KYC and transaction documents.
Eligibility
- Experience in multinational finance shared services, globally recognized law firms, banking, or private equity/alternative asset management.
- Experience with KYC clearance and/or document/entity management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance monitoring tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
