Details of the Job/Internship
HouseEazy is hiring a Legal Operations professional with experience of 1–3 years to support its Fundraising and Investor Relations function.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and support legal documentation.
- Review and advise on agreements such as Term Sheets, NDAs, Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), and Shareholders Agreements (SHA), along with other material contracts.
- Support legal due diligence processes during fundraising rounds and investment transactions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders for documentation and execution.
- Maintain and organize investor agreements, legal records, material contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage data room documentation and related compliances.
- Assist in cap table management, ESOP documentation, shareholder resolutions, and board approvals.
- Ensure proper corporate governance documentation and regulatory filings.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate legal, legal operations, or investment transaction support.
- Prior experience with startups, venture capital firms, private equity firms, or corporate law firms is preferred.
