HouseEazy is hiring a Legal Operations professional to support the Fundraising and Investor Relations function in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and support legal documentation.
- Review and advise on agreements such as Term Sheets, NDAs, Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and other material contracts.
- Support legal due diligence processes during fundraising rounds and investment transactions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders for documentation and transaction execution.
- Maintain and organize investor agreements, legal records, material contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage data room documentation and compliances.
- Assist in cap table management, ESOP documentation, shareholder resolutions, and board approvals.
- Ensure proper corporate governance documentation and regulatory filings.
- Demonstrate strong experience in drafting and reviewing complex corporate and investment documentation.
- Possess hands-on exposure to legal aspects of venture capital or private equity fundraising transactions and investor documentation.
- Manage legal due diligence processes and ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with founders, investors, external legal counsel, and internal teams during fundraising transactions.
- Organize investor data rooms and maintain structured legal documentation for investment processes.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate legal, legal operations, or investment transaction support.
- Prior experience with startups, venture capital firms, private equity firms, or corporate law firms will be preferred.
