Indus Net Technologies seeks to hire full-time LLB graduates to handle IT-related matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the repository of all contracts and agreements.
- To ensure legal compliance, conduct periodic due diligence and collaborate with other teams to address any observations or non-compliance.
- Drafting legal contracts and updating them as per business learnings.
- Reviewing and negotiating any legal contract that comes to the company basis our internal benchmarks.
- Handling notices, disputes, and litigations for proper settlement.
- Advice on trademarks, intellectual property, and patents that the company owns or wants to own.
- Review and draft SOPs for the company from a legal compliance perspective.
- Do legal due diligence at the time of investments or acquisitions in other companies.
