Details of the Job/Internship
Vasu Law Firm is looking for candidates for the following positions:
- Associate – Legal (1–3 Years Experience).
- Senior Associate – Legal (4–6 Years Experience).
Role and Responsibilities
- Matters related to GST, SEBI, Banking Law, Capital & Civil Markets.
- Proceedings before DRT, DRAT, RERA Authorities, Tribunals & Regulatory Bodies.
- Legal research, case briefs, and documentation.
- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing pleadings, applications, notices, replies, and agreements.
- Court appearances, client meetings, and regulatory coordination.
- Litigation strategy, compliance, and case management.
- Mentoring and supervision (Senior Associate role).
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 1–3 years/ 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (as applicable).
- Knowledge and experience in GST, SEBI, Banking Law, Capital Markets, DRT/DRAT, RERA & regulatory compliance.
- Strong legal research, drafting, advisory, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently (Senior Associate) and support senior teams (Associate).
