Emcure is seeking a Legal professional with 6–12 years of experience to join its in-house legal team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide general corporate legal advisory to internal stakeholders.
- Independently draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Lead legal contract negotiations and internal legal processes.
- Handle in-house legal transactions efficiently.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance within the pharma domain.
- Deliver solutions with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Experience: 6–12 years in legal roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualification: LLB or LLM from a reputed institute.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
