Details of the Job/Internship

Hobberman & Company is hiring for the position of  Legal Writer – U.S. Immigration with 4 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive and comprehensive EB-2 NIW and EB1A petition documents.
• Write clear, accurate, and well-researched RFE responses.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to gather and organize supporting evidence.
• Translate complex client profiles into compelling legal narratives.
• Ensure compliance with USCIS guidelines, maintaining clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
• Update and manage templates, writing standards, and best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Law, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration writing, specifically with EB-2 NIW, EB1A, and RFEs.
• Strong legal writing, research, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of USCIS adjudication standards and evidentiary requirements.
