Details of the Job/Internship

JR Compliance is hiring a Legal Associate – Trademarks & Patents with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage complete filing and prosecution of trademarks and patents.
• Conduct legal research and draft responses to objections, oppositions, and notices.
• Represent clients in hearings and coordinate with authorities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates to clients.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant IP law experience.
• Must hold a valid Power of Attorney (POA).
• Proficient in trademark/patent search tools and online filing portals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to join immediately.
