Budgetree - Your Loyalty & Rewards Partner is inviting law students to intern with them in their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating various contracts and agreements.
• Support the development and review of internal corporate policies and compliance protocols.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
• Ensure legal documents and operations comply with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects and assist with administrative legal tasks.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to analyze and review legal contracts and documents.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases/tools.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or related field.
