Details of the Job/Internship

Budgetree is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Noida. This opportunity is ideal for law students or recent graduates seeking hands-on corporate legal experience in a dynamic digital payments environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review various agreements and contracts.
• Assist in formulating and reviewing internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Review legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the legal team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior legal internship experience (preferred).
• Understanding of policymaking and compliance is a plus.
