Details of the Job/Internship

ABCD Aditya Birla Capital Digital is hiring for the position of Lending Compliance officer with 9+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Compliance Management

• Oversee end-to-end compliance for applicable regulatory domains including SEBI, MCA, RBI, AMFI, and IT/Data Protection laws.
• Ensure timely submissions of regulatory filings, returns, and disclosures across business verticals.

Monitoring & Governance

• Track and monitor statutory compliance across internal teams; ensure timely completion of obligations.
• Draft SOPs, templates, compliance checklists, and internal guidance notes aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on SEBI, RBI, AMFI, and NBFC regulatory changes and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

Regulatory Filings & Interaction

• Prepare and file forms, applications, and reports with regulators.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders for inspections, reviews, and secretarial audits.
• Assist in planning and supporting Board and Committee meetings from a secretarial and compliance standpoint.

Eligibility

 Education & Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS); additional LLB preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally in mutual funds distribution (AMFI), lending (RBI/NBFC), and/or digital payments.
