Details of the Job/Internship
Emerge Legal is hiring a Liaison Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and research changes in relevant laws and regulations, keeping the legal team informed of any potential impacts on the company.
- Prepare and submit applications, licenses, and other required documentation to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Represent the company at meetings, inspections, and hearings with government officials.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from government departments promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and correspondence with agencies.
- Assist the legal team with other legal and regulatory matters as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a liaison or regulatory role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
