Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal matters and handle disputes.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.
