Details of the Job/Internship
Waaree Group is hiring a Liaison Officer with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Surat, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with government authorities for regulatory approvals and clearances.
- Manage statutory compliance across various departments, including land, environment, labour, and safety.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Handle documentation, permissions, and follow-ups for various regulatory matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with local officials and authorities.
- Track and report on compliance status and any regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Law, Business/Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in statutory compliance and government liaison for industrial/manufacturing projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in greenfield projects and knowledge of the Gujarat industrial ecosystem.
