Details of the Job/Internship

Mellora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Liaisoning Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in securing approvals, permissions, and NOCs from key government and statutory bodies, including:
• Municipal Corporations
• Town Planning & Development Authorities
• Revenue Departments
• Environmental Clearance Boards
• Other relevant authorities
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records for approval submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Design, Projects, etc.) to gather drawings and documents required for applications.
• Track and follow up on the status of approvals, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of pending issues.
• Accompany senior liaisoning team or attend meetings and site visits with government officials, as needed.
• Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all applications, approvals, and their validity/renewal timelines.
• Stay informed about updates in regulatory policies, construction laws, and local municipal norms relevant to real estate development.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preference for Law, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related fields).
• Experience: 1–3 years in liaisoning or government coordination, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
• Basic understanding of real estate regulations and approval workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with external authorities and internal departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with handling documentation and records.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and departmental follow-ups.
