SAMHI Hotels Ltd is hiring for the position of AM – Licensing & Compliance with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly review a comprehensive license tracker for all SAMHI hotels.
- Coordinate applications, renewals, and amendments of licenses with hotel teams and external consultants.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational and statutory requirements under each license.
- Monitor statutory compliance across properties and support periodic internal audits.
- Maintain a centralized digital repository of all licenses and regulatory documents.
- Manage and update records using the compliance automation tool.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of compliance management systems.
- Liaise with local authorities and handle inspections, notices, and follow-ups.
- Support the Legal & Compliance team with legal documentation, reporting, due diligence, and legal research.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance and licensing, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or retail sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with technology-enabled compliance management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
