Details of the Job/Internship

MVAC is hiring Litigation Associates with 0–2 years of experience to join its office in Gulmohar Park, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Make frequent visits and appear at consumer fora, district courts, the State Commission, and National Commission.
• Draft complaints, revisions, appeals, notices, and related documents.
• Advise on commercial contracts and corporate matters.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on experience and performance.

Eligibility

• LL.B qualification required.
• Basic understanding of commercial and consumer laws.
• Strong command of legal research and drafting.
• Willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
