Details of the Job/Internship

HN Legal, Advocates is hiring a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings or written submissions.
• Prepare court and arbitration-related documents.
• Assist with case preparation and coordinate directly with clients.
• Make appearances before courts and arbitral tribunals.
• Support partners and senior associates on active litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Manage matters before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and Consumer Courts.

Eligibility

• Possession of an LL.B. degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• A professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work across civil and commercial litigation forums.

Salary/Stipend
