Details of the Job/Internship

Wadhwa & Co. is hiring a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Intern with experience of to join their office in New Delhi. This position is within the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area and will commence from February 20, 2026, onwards. The duration of the internship is 4–8 weeks and is in-office. The role offers substantial exposure to complex legal research, drafting of pleadings, and the strategic aspects of active dispute resolution. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis due to the proximity of the start date.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal research.
• Assist in drafting pleadings.
• Support the team in the strategic aspects of ongoing dispute resolution matters.
• Work under professional supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an LL.B. or Integrated Law programme (penultimate or final-year students preferred).
• Demonstrated interest and prior internship experience in litigation.
• Strong proficiency in legal research databases and concise drafting.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines under professional supervision.
