ARDEM Data Services is hiring a Litigation Support & Legal Drafting Executive (PQE: 1 Year) to work remotely on a night shift. The role involves legal data entry, managing high-volume caseloads, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and providing general legal office support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents or re-enter data for verification.
- Review, fact-check, and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Upload documents to e-portals, schedule tasks, and provide general clerical and legal office support.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate with a Diploma/Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Prior night shift experience is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, including typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary/Stipend
